GETACED provides a platform that connects to your school Google Drive to assist with tests and assignments. The Service offers instant answers and integration with educational workflows. Use of the Service requires a valid school email and Google account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using GETACED, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or transmit harmful or malicious content. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by GETACED and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETACED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
